Where it all started...

 A NEW attraction at Piper Nurseries and Plant Centre is the Pro Elite Saddlery, which opened April 2017. When not working hard on the nursery or garden centre, the Piper family have a passion for horses.

 Being raised in the saddle, they have years of experience and knowledge and have often talked about owning a saddlery. For Emma and Samantha, starting off as young as two years of age, the love and dedication for horses grew with them. Hard work was involved but this was not an issue as the rewards were immense. 

 

Finding our brands...

The desired items had to be quality, and so they took time sourcing and visiting specialist companies to bring top class products for both horse and rider.

 Customers will find beautiful soft leather tack, designer rider wear and riding hats, leisurewear, riding boots crafted from the finest Italian leather, horse wardrobe collections and lotions and potions.


The Opening of Pro - Elite...

The saddlery is a bespoke boutique, offering unique and beautiful products to all who have the desire to ride while wearing comfortable and stylish clothing - and to glam up their horses as well! 

Returns Policy

We do hope you are happy with your purchases but we understand that sometime, when shopping online you may want to return or exchange the products.


  • If you wish to return or an exchange, we offer a 30 days return and exchange policy from the date of purchase for products, providing they are in a fully re-saleable condition. This means that products are in all of the original packaging and labels are still attached and that the item is undamaged and unused state.


  •  We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods aren't in a saleable condition. 


  •  Refunds of goods exclude any shipping costs, which will not be refunded 


  • On delivery please check your purchase. In an event that products are damaged or missing/incorrect on arrival please inform us, by email within 2 working days of receipt of delivery. Please contact us by emailing proelitesaddlery@gmail.com and we will advice in the best way to proceed. This usually will involve the item being returned to us for Inspection and verification of the fault prior to dispatching any replacements or issuing any refund. In the event of a faulty item, return postage will be refunded. 


  • If you would like to return or exchange an item, please send by a method of yours choosing and all the return postage costs is to be covered by the buyer. Overseas returns will be liable for any customs charges for their return. 


  • We strongly advise customers to obtain proof of postage, signed for and tracked 


  • All returned parcels must include a completed Pro-Elite Saddlery returns form which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page

  • It is essential that you include on the returns form, with your parcel :

                       - Your Original Order Number

                       - Your Name and Contact Phone Number

                       - Whether you would like a Refund or an Exchange

                         (and what you might require in exchange)


  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please check our website for up to date stock. 


  • In order to minimise potential fraud, all refunds will be made via the original payment method


  • You should expect to receive your refund within 14 working days of goods arriving back to Pro-Elite Saddlery, in many cases you will receive a refund much more quickly.
